Manufacturing Headquarters
With a site in the edge of an industrial park in Downers Grove, Illinois, Tria worked alongside Dressler Design-Build to design this 150,000 square foot manufacturing, warehouse, and office headquarters for a local product manufacturer.  The facility boasts a high level of energy efficiency by increasing insulation values, maximizing the use of day lighting throughout the building, and using the heat created by the manufacturing processes to supplement the mechanical systems.

The project will help to revitalize the existing industrial park as well as present a professional image to the Owner's clients.
