This existing vacant 1940's era building is to be renovated along with the construction of a new contemporary addition to provide 8,500 square feet of office space, 2,000 square feet of community space, and seven affordable dwelling units.  The office space will generate new jobs in the community by drawing it's workforce primarily from the surrounding neighborhood and the community space will provide the a safe destination to gather and learn.  The development is striving for LEED Platinum status.
