With a site located near the center of downtown Forest Park, it was important for the building to be sensitive to the urban edge of the existing streetscape.  Through the master planning process, Tria Architecture proposed a four story solution containing retail space on the first floor and six condominium units above.  The brick and stone front elevation weaves itself into the fabric of the neighboring buildings by pushing the upper floors away from the sidewalk and providing two different cornice heights along the street edge.
