With assistance from Tria Architecture, the property owner received approval from the City of Forest Park to proceed with this four story condominium building.  As Design Architect, Tria incorporated four duplex-up dwelling units with a shared garage off the alley to the rear of the property into a tight existing lot.  Located within a residential neighborhood containing both single family and multifamily buildings, the development's design needed to respond equally to the scale of a single residence while also standing out from the neighboring multi-family buildings.
